Just to let you know how we are working during this time and what services are available to help you and your team. It's pretty much business as usual, except all training is now delivered online.
All of our training sessions are delivered using Microsoft Teams but instead of traditional courses such as Excel or PowerPoint being delivered in a whole day, we split the sessions into modules and deliver these over 2 or 3 days to make them more manageable, from an online- learning and time perspective.

All training courses are customised to suit your Office 365 build and your business processes. Explaining features and functions in your business context will help your team to understand which app to use, why and in what scenario; we can use your own business example files too if it will help. You can pick and choose your sessions, or we can create a completely bespoke session for you. These are delivered online using Microsoft Teams, in a schedule to suit. We recommend not to deliver all training in one day; spread it over a few days. Small chunks of learning are more successful, and learning is retained much more easily.

Office 365 clinic
Do your team members need personal 1-2-1 training? We offer Office 365 clinic sessions, bookable online so they can choose a convenient time. These online screen-share sessions with a member of our senior training team can include learning, support and advice on any topic in the Office 365 suite.
Helpdesk support service
While your IT Support teams are flat-out ensuring that your infrastructure and hardware support issues are managed, we can relieve some of the strain by dealing with user help issues via our Helpdesk Support Service. Rather than your IT team helping colleagues with user-level questions we can pick these up instead! “How to” style questions can be very time-consuming for your technical IT Team; we can call or online chat 1-2-1; using screen share we can teach ‘how to’ and support using screen share through Microsoft Teams.
