Live Online Training
Virtual Classroom Training allows anyone to participate in a live online training session without leaving their desk. This is ideal for people with very specific requirements or users across multiple locations with busy schedules.
A PWM trainer will deliver a training course of varying duration, covering one of the many different topics that we have to offer, or a course tailored to meet your requirements.
Attendees use a PC and a headset/speakers & microphone and can interact with the trainer and potentially many other attendees globally. The trainer will be able to demonstrate new techniques, answer questions and set tasks. All attendees will be able to ask questions of the trainer, just like an instructor-led session. Attendees will be able to see the tutor’s screen and use their own software to follow the instructions given.

As a result of our own experiences and talking to our clients and training attendees, we really understand the software challenges faced on a daily basis. Our Pick & Mix service will deal with these issues perfectly. Simply book a trainer for a date that suits you and pick what you want to cover! Perhaps you need a day filled with Word, Excel, OneNote and Skype for Business tips; colleagues can leave and join as they wish for each section. Perhaps you would like a morning session for Excel new users and afternoon on SharePoint admin tasks - it is your day and we can help you design it your way.
Being able to deal with the gaps in knowledge on a module-by-module basis is the most cost and time efficient solution and, as the topics are more focused, so are the attendees.
Bespoke Systems Training
Purchasing and implementing bespoke software can be a costly project and delivering the training through the development house can often further increase the final figure significantly. PWM Training have a proven track record of developing and delivering training for bespoke in-house systems. Working with the development team and the project team we learn the software and the business processes which run alongside. Delivering instruction on how staff use new software can also put us in the ideal position to deliver training for changes in associated business process and procedures too – therefore these are often included in the training outline.
